Aimed at people who are responsible for leading Jesuit institutions.
The key points of leadership are presented from an Ignatian perspective, to strengthen the Ignatian way of proceeding in the works and to promote relations between apostolic sectors.
It takes place over a year in four modules with individual work between each session.
